Welcome to our Japanese Style Native Garden. As we enter the garden we remember that the traditional owners of this land were the Kaurna People.
We enter the garden through the gate made from a stone column and a water fountain.

All of the plants and even the rocks have come from as close to our school as possible.

We have been climbing up a cool shady valley. These 2 rocks represent Mount Lofty and Mount Bonython.

A dry river bed. In the Adelaide Hills and Plains, we have many flood creeks that are dry most of the time and only flow when there is heavy rain, just like this one that starts up near Mount Lofty.
