Montessori and Mainstream Learning

Welcome to the Para Hills West Primary Montessori and Mainstream website.

We hope that you will find it useful in gaining information about programs at our school, both in relation to Montessori learning and Mainstream learning programs. Both approaches to learning follow the Department of Education and Children’s Development (DECD) guidelines in relation to the curriculum and learning. On the Mainstream R-7 page you will be able to access information about the curriculum expectations for all students.

On the website there is also useful information about the Montessori Preschool (a private Program) and the Montessori Playgroup.
